Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

No returns. Per Printify's articles, because their products are made on-demand, there is no option to request a return. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. In regards to my products, as opposed to going through the whole process of shipping something back, I'll simply send you a replacement product. Any return request requires photographic evidence of the product being faulty.

Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if there's a general issue with your item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right, or offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Exchanges.
Because this is a print-on-demand based store, exchanges typically are not possible. However, in regards to items that I supply myself (i.e stickers & keychains), if you have an issue with the product that you've received, please let me know as soon as possible so that I may issue a replacement product for you, or collaborate with you to find an alternative solution.

Refunds.
Refunds requests will only be considered within the first 30 days of the item being received. Each refund request will be reviewed by me on a case-by-case basis. Each refund request should contain proof of purchase, and evidence of faulty or otherwise damaged products. Once your refund request is received and I have a chance to review it, I will reach out to you as soon as possible informing you of what can be done in the situation or if a refund is possible.
