REFUNDS & THE COMMISSION TIMELINE

✦ By commissioning me, you understand that refunds are not accepted after the sketch has been finished, unless I state otherwise. You are welcome to ask for updates, check in, & ask about the progress of your commission within reason. Do not ask me every hour, or every day. You're free to poke me once in a while, but please understand that I am a slow worker, and that I do have a full-time job, and I do have a social life, and I'm not always at my pc / able to work on my art. I will update you when I am able to. If there will be any lengthy delays in your commission I will always tell you upfront.

 

COMMISSION PROCESS & ADJUSTMENTS

✦ Once I've made the initial sketch / rough draft, I will send it over to you for approval. It is up to you to tell me if there are any changes that you want made. Do not be afraid to tell me what you would like to have fixed / adjusted in the early phases of the commission, as it's much easier for me to fix before I start polishing & colouring the piece. I reserve the right to charge an extra fee for each large - scale change in the piece once I'm in the last to final phases of the commission. (Requests to changes in colouring are free. If i've gotten the skin-tone, eye colour, etc. of your character wrong, please let me know!)

 

NFTS & AI USAGE

✦ You are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of your commission for non fungible tokens (NFTS), or for AI learning whatsoever. Use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTS, or for anything related to AI or AI learning is strictly prohibited.

 

REPOSTING & SHARING

✦ Your commission is not to be reposted without permission. If you are given permission to repost, if you plan on sharing this art anywhere, please credit me by @ mentioning me on twitter, or by providing the link back to my twitter in your post (https://twitter.com/yunalesca). 

 

COMMERCIAL USE

✦ Commercial use will require an additional payment starting at +50% of your original price, & will be adjusted depending on what it will be used for.
